A safe space for pregnant and postpartum moms navigating mood, anxiety, and relationship changes
Our Mom-to-Mom Perinatal Support Group offers a safe, supportive space for new moms to connect, share, and feel understood. Guided by a therapist who specializes in maternal mental health, the group provides both emotional support and practical tools to help manage mood changes, anxiety, and relationship stress during the perinatal period. Whether you're navigating early motherhood or adjusting to life with a newborn, you're not alone, this group is here to walk with you.
