Are you in your 30s and navigating the murky waters of relationships? This might be the place for you!

Your 30s can be a confusing and transformative season of life. Perspectives shift. Priorities change. And relationships often take center stage. How do you show up in relationships? How do you navigate conflict, communicate your needs, or recognize patterns that no longer serve you?

Whether you’re currently in a relationship, dating, building friendships, or reflecting on past dynamics, this group is a space to explore it all. Together, we’ll look at how your relationship with yourself and your life experiences shape the way you connect with others. If you’re in your 30s and wanting deeper, more intentional relationships (with yourself and with others), we invite you to join us!

Meet the group host Mariam Gerges
